How can I invite collaborators directly to my Workspace?

To add collaborators at the workspace level:

1. Go to the bottom-left menu and click on "My Workspace."

2. Select "Settings" → "Members" → "Invite."

3. Enter your collaborator’s email address and choose their permission level:

• Owner:

Can add, remove, and modify connected Instagram pages and workspace members. Has full access to all data and features.

• Administrator:

Can connect new Instagram pages, access analytics, and create campaigns. Cannot add, remove, or modify workspace members.

• Analyst:

Can only view analytics and campaign data. Cannot connect or remove Instagram pages or modify workspace members.

To add collaborators directly to a specific Instagram page within your workspace:

1. Open the top dropdown menu, select the desired Instagram account.

2. Click on "Settings" → "Members."

3. Click "Invite" and enter your collaborator’s email address.

Collaborators added at the page level will only have access to data from that specific Instagram account.
